Born in Dublin, now resident in Kilkenny, Christine works all over Ireland as a freelance director, and is the artistic director of Red Alchemy Theatre Company. The company is wholly committed to producing works that offer performance opportunities to the talented young graduates of Ireland’s theatre and music theatre training programmes.

In addition to her private practice as a vocal coach, Christine works as a director and voice tutor at the Irish College of Music Theatre (IMT) - Ireland’s first accredited third-level music theatre course, where she also lectures in music theatre history. In September 2016 she joined the faculty of American College Dublin, which offers a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Music Theatre – the first of its kind in Ireland.
